About

A friendly triathlon organized by AS Gien Natation offering three formats: Sprint (750m swim / 22.3km bike / 5km run), Découverte (250m swim / 8.2km bike / 1.3km run), and Cross (1.5km swim / 44.3km bike / 10km run), with mixed categories and support for adaptive athletes.

Catering & aid stations

Organisateurs provide barrières horaires per distance, on-course refreshment stands (ravitaillement), and a赛后 reward (remise des récompenses). Bring your own swim cap (bonnet de bain); organizers do not supply caps.

Pacers

Pace groups are published for the Format M (Sprint) race on the programme page (Temps de parcours indicatifs). Expect target times per start wave; look for Pacerflaggen at the venue. Registration notes indicate pacing support where published on the programme.
