About
A unique triathlon set in a wild natural environment, combining a swim in the ocean, a bike ride on the Côte Sauvage, and a run in the forest of La Coubre. Created by two friends, the event has become a must‑reference race in the region, blending sport, sharing, and a sustainable approach.

Pacers
Pacemakers are announced on the starting corrals and indicated on the race-day programme (start waves, Pacerflaggen). They help participants maintain target split times across the swim, bike and run segments.
