What is triathlon?

Triathlon is a multisport discipline consisting of swimming, cycling and running completed sequentially; the result is determined by the total time across all three segments plus transition times.

What should I wear?

For the race we recommend a triathlon suit (one-piece) with a cycling pad. A wetsuit is recommended for the swim if conditions require it.

Is a helmet mandatory?

Yes — a helmet is compulsory. You must put it on before removing the bike from the rack and only remove it after docking the bike.

When do registrations close?

Registrations for Triathlon Opolski close on 15 May 2024.

Are there age or distance limits?

Yes, limits apply per distance and are detailed on the registration page and regulations.

What about nutrition during the race?

There are food and drink stations on each running loop; details are in the race regulations.

Is listening to music allowed?
