A folk festival relay race in central Tromsø combining running, community and atmosphere with multiple classes and stages held across the city.

What is the minimum age to participate?
The minimum age limit is 13 years (born in 2013). For team classes, minimum age and gender composition rules apply (minimum 4 women per mixed team).
When and where can I pick up my race materials?
Start numbers and batons can be picked up at Rødbanken on Saturday, May 30th between 12:00 and 17:30.
Are there prizes?
Yes. Medals for the top 3 teams in each class, plus additional prizes drawn among all participating teams. Prize giving ceremony at Stortorget around 19:30.
