About
The TV Hürben Höhlenbärenlauf is a traditional spring race in Giengen-Hürben and the opening event of the Heidenheimer Laufserie, offering scenic routes through forests and an inclusive programme for children, youth and hobby runners.
Catering & aid stations
No own Vesperbrot required — the club’s kitchen team provides the Friday evening meal. Drinks (except tea) are charged 1 € per item on Sunday.
Pacers
Pacemakers will be present for the 5.2 km and 10.4 km races (Renntag start waves and Pacerflaggen). Target times per start wave are published on the race schedule.

Do I need to be a TV Hürben member to participate?
Yes. For insurance reasons, you must be a member of TV Hürben 1913 e.V. to take part.
What is the registration deadline?
Online pre-registration closes Friday, 3 April 2026 at 18:00. Race-day on-site registration may be available against an additional late fee.
Are results published?
Yes. Results are published at my.raceresult.com and printouts are available at the club house.
Is there child care or a kids’ program?
The Kinder- und Schülerlauf is supervised and timed. Children and youth are invited to participate; parents can join the volunteer team.
