About

Annual running event in the scenic Maasdijk polders offering 1.5 km, 5 km and 10 km routes through the area's natural landscape with start/finish at Dorpshuis 'Ons Huis'. Includes post-5km awards and a timing system with tags.

Pacers

Pacemakers will be present with pacer flaggen displayed on the course and aligned to target start times per wave listed on the start program (10:00 for 1.5 km, 10:30 for 10 km, 12:00 for 5 km). Runners may follow pacers to help maintain desired effort; check the published race program for exact pacing wave assignments.
