About

A multi‑distance mountain running event in the French Alps on the Mediterranean, organised by Association New Dream Cote d’Azur. The race features several distance options from 3 km to 120 km, with the main festival occurring over three days in early July.

Catering & aid stations

Aid stations every 5–8 km with water, soda, isotonic drinks, and solid food at key points (e.g. La Colmiane at km 23.8, Roquebillière at km 34.4, Relais des Merveilles at km 48.6). Options include sweets, fruit, jam, and savory items; dietary options noted on the programme page.

Pacers

Professional pacers will lead sections of the 75 km and 120 km courses on both Saturday and Sunday to help runners maintain target split times. On race morning, target pacer times are published by start wave on the programme page; look for the “Pacerflaggen” on course and follow the pacer’s pace. Register under the same start wave to run alongside pacers where available.
