Multiple aid stations along all routes offering soupe, pain d’épices, chocolate, barres énergétiques, biscuits salés, raisins secs, dés d’Emmental, jambon blanc, saucisson sec, pain, bananes, oranges, eau plate, gazeuse, café, thé.
Pacers
Pacemakers will be present on the 42 km and 82 km courses. Refer to the event schedule for assigned start waves and pacer flag information for each distance.
