About

The Ultra Trail Kempen is a challenging ultra run through the heart of the Belgian Kempen, offering 50 km, 100 km, and 100 miles distances through heathlands, ponds, and vast forests. It features aid stations, hot meals, technical support, and a festive trail atmosphere.

Catering & aid stations

Regular aid stations every 15–20 km offering water, sports drinks, fresh fruit (bananas, oranges), energy gels & bars, sweet & salty snacks, and cola. Hot meal stations along the longer distances provide warm soup, pasta or rice dishes, hot tea & coffee, and sandwiches. The 100 km has one dropbag at a midpoint; the 160 km has two dropbag locations. Bags must be labeled with name and bib number (max 10 L per dropbag).

Pacers

Pacers set target times per start wave shown on the event timetable and wear pacer flags on race day for visibility. Refer to the event timetable for your wave’s target pace; pacers run the indicated sections with the group and must be respected. Note: this item was assembled from event timetable and registration material — verify specifics on race morning.
