About

An epic alpine trail event at Whistler Blackcomb featuring multiple distances and breathtaking mountain scenery. Experience world-class trails with views of Black Tusk, mountain lakes, and alpine vistas on shared, unceded Indigenous territory.

Catering & aid stations

Vermonter and hot/cold drinks available at multiple aid stations along all courses. Finish-area food vendors and warm meal options provided.

Pacers

Pacers will be assigned to colour-coded start waves displayed on the 'Renntag für Laufende' schedule and at the race village. Pacers display flags to help runners maintain target times and receive pacing support throughout each distance.

What is the race schedule?

Race days: August 22 (100K, 50K) and August 23 (25K, 10K). Packet pickup and expo: August 21 at Whistler Conference Centre. Start times vary by distance; see schedule for details.

Where can I register?

Register at https://whistler.utmb.world/register (official same-origin registration).

What is the elevation gain for each distance?

Approximate elevation gain: 100K ~ 4,000m; 50K ~ 2,800m; 25K ~ 1,400m; 10K ~ 700m.

Is gear check available?

Yes, limited gear check available at the Expo; items must not contain valuable or irreplaceable gear.

Are pacers provided?

Yes, pacers are assigned to coloured start waves; see the Renntag für Laufende schedule for target times and pacer details.
