A run in, for, and with the Eastside. In‑person and virtual options available.
Water, Nuun (electrolytes), and a runner’s snack available at water stations and the start/finish. Toilets located at start and finish areas and near water stations; accessible toilets available. Medical services staffed at Start/Finish and on course.
Start corrals are color‑coded by expected finish time (Red: under 49 min, Yellow: 50–59 min, Blue: 60–105 min). A separate “Kill the Hill” segment produces its own set of results with prizes for top hill runners.

Packet pickup is Friday, September 19, 10:00–21:00 and Saturday, September 20, 10:00–18:00 at Sport Chek, 788 Robson St. In‑person participants must pick up their race kit; leftover kits are not mailed.
Age category awards (Men, Women & Non‑Binary) are based on chip time and are available for 14 & under, 15–19, 20–24, 25–29, 30–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65–69, 70–74, 75–79, 80+. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days; contact awards@canadarunningseries.com with mailing address, age category, and placing.
The City of Vancouver imposes a 1 hour 45 minute time limit on road closures. The course will reopen rolling after the final participant based on a 1:45 finish time (10 min 30 sec per kilometre pace). Slower participants may be moved to the sidewalk if over the limit.
