About
A supportive and inclusive pool-based triathlon set in Uppingham, with a 400m swim in a 25m pool, 20km bike through scenic villages, and a 5km run. The event welcomes beginners through to seasoned athletes, with heats for the swim and age-group categories.
Catering & aid stations
Warm changing rooms, toilets (including baby changing and accessible), water and food vendors on the run course.
Pacers
Swim start waves are grouped by estimated 400m time with 2–3 minutes between waves. Transitions and the run course are paced with lead packs and pacer vehicles for age groups; pacers are flagged on the bike and run to aid riders in maintaining target times.
