About
A friendly terrain race held each spring and autumn in Växjö, going on groomed ski tracks through the nature reserve Fylleryd. Racers can choose between two distances: 8.4 km and 4.4 km, both starting together at VAIS lodge.

Pacemakers are announced on the race day schedule (Renntag för Laufande) and indicated with flagging at the start; pacers group runners by target times per start wave.
