A 10th-anniversary mountain running event in Val Bregaglia, featuring a 25 km race and a vertical kilometre on the historic Chiavenna–Lagunc mulattiera, Italy's first FIDAL-certified vertical kilometre.

Is there an option for a team or relay entry?

Yes — the Val Bregaglia Trail Staffetta (25 km relay) can be registered for via the registration page; teams minimum 10 participants receive a 10% discount.

Is the vertical kilometre FIDAL homologated?

Yes — the KM Verticale Chiavenna-Lagunc is the first Italian vertical kilometre homologated by FIDAL.

Are trekking poles allowed?

No — the use of trekking poles is not permitted during the KM Verticale.

What happens if I discard something on the course?

You must dispose of waste at designated points; violators will be disqualified.
