Varberg Halvmarathon is a popular spring and autumn race offering a half marathon (21.1 km) and a 11.5 km distance, weaving through Varberg’s coastline, forest, and parkland with start and finish at Friskusstugan.
Catering & aid stations
Water and sport drink available at multiple points along the course; after finish: warm sausage, buns, cookies, candy, coffee and juice (cash and Swatch only).
Pacers

FAQ
When is the registration deadline?
Registration closes Sunday, 11 October 2026. After that, only after-registration is available at the event with an increased fee.
Where can I pick up my number?
Numbers are collected at Friskusstugan on Friday 15:30–18:30 or at the race center on race morning from 09:00 to 10:15.
Are there aid stations?
Yes, water and sports drinks are provided at set locations along the course (after 5.8 km, 11.6 km, and 15.7 km for the half marathon; at the finish for both distances).
