Catering & aid stations
Water stations, energy gels, and first aid are available at the 28 km and 50 km course points. Finish area offers hot/cold drinks, fruit, and light snacks.
Pacers
Pacers will lead the 50 km and 28 km waves at target times shown on the Regeltömben (start corral) and announced on race day; follow pacer flags and timing cues. Registration links include pacier selection where applicable.
