About
Der Lauftreff Kremperheide besteht bereits seit vielen Jahren. Bei uns ist jeder willkommen, vom Laufeinsteiger bis zum ambitionierten Läufer. Wir treffen uns von April bis Oktober montags um 19:00 Uhr am Heidehaus in Kremperheide. Im Herbst und im Winter treffen wir uns an der Sporthalle an der Grundschule in Kremperheide. Von dort aus starten wir in Gruppen mit unterschiedlichen Distanzen und Geschwindigkeiten, um unsere Trainingsläufe zu absolvieren.

Water, chocolate, and even sparkling wine are provided at the finish; a cake buffet and raffle prizes are available.

No pacers; this is a non-timed, family-oriented event with no competitive pacing.

Registration is online only via MyRaceResult and closes at 12:00 on the day of the event.
What distances are offered and who can participate?
10 km (open to children age 10+), 6 km (open to children age 6+), and a 3 km Kinderlauf. Walkers choosing the 6 km walk distance are also listed under 6 km.
Are there aid stations?
