About
Prisma Health Midlands Foundation's signature fundraising event supporting Prisma Health Breast Centers in Columbia, S.C. The 36th Walk for Life features a 10K, 5K, and a one-mile Aflac Fun Run for kids, with start times at Segra Park on Oct. 17, 2026.
Catering & aid stations
Water stations and on-course food/drink support provided along the 5K/10K and Walk routes; finish-line refreshments and a celebration photo wall with balloons.
Pacers
Pacemaker/Pacer information: Race-day target times per start wave are provided for 5K and 10K (8:10 a.m. start) and the Walk (8:15 a.m. start) at the event’s Regatta page; Pacers will lead participants at prescribed paces with Pacerflaggen visible during the event.
