An annual family-friendly sprint triathlon held at Winona Lake Park in Warsaw, Indiana, featuring swim, bike, and run courses for all ages and abilities, with proceeds supporting youth programs.

Pacers

Pacemaker/Pacer information: adult wave start groups are arranged so faster athletes typically start earlier; follow the Pacerflaggen and your assigned Startwelle (target times published on the start list). Key transition and timing rules: wear the assigned timing chip, return it at the finish or incur a $30 replacement fee; one chip per team (shared across legs); t1 and t2 are open transitions; observe USAT helmet rules (must be fastened when on the bike) and course marshals' instructions.

What is the registration fee and what does it include?

Registration fees vary by category; fees include event t-shirt, swim cap, chip timing, free parking, awards (overall and age group), and post-race refreshments. T-shirt availability is not guaranteed after June 7.

What are the age divisions and minimum age requirements?

Adult age groups: 15–17, 18–19, 20–24, 25–29, 30–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65–69, 70–74, 75–79, 80–84, 85+. Minimum age for adult events is 15 on or before December 31 of the event year. Youth: ages 11–14, with course modifications.

Can teams transfer entries or get refunds?

No refunds, transfers, or deferrals are permitted. Entries are non-transferable and non-deferrable once registered.

What equipment is required for the kayak wave?

Participants in the kayak wave must provide their own kayak, paddles, and personal flotation device (PFD); PFD must be worn during the kayak segment.

Is there a pre-race clinic or bike check?

Yes, a no-charge pre-race clinic is offered the evening before the race. Bike check and minor repairs are available on race day from Trailhouse Village Bicycles.
