Yorkshire’s premier sportive held in the Dales, offering four routes from 55.5km to 201km with iconic climbs, scenic valleys, and a post-ride village celebration.
Catering & aid stations
Three feed stations at Grassington, Hawes, and Settle offering savoury treats, pies, cakes, sweets, bananas, energy bars and energy drinks.
Pacers
Pacers set target times per Startwelle on race day; look for Pacer flaggen on course. Pacers are provided for guidance and are not competitive—ride your own pace but may draft behind pacers where safe.

FAQ
What are the entry age requirements?
Entry is open to anyone aged 13+. 13–15-year-olds may only ride the Short route and must be accompanied by a full-paying parent/guardian. 16–17-year-olds may enter any route.
Can I cancel or transfer my entry?
You cannot cancel for a refund once entered, but you can transfer or defer your place. Contact events@whiteroseclassic.org.uk up to one week before the event to transfer; deferments must be requested up to one month before.
What bike types are allowed?
Road bikes and electric bikes conforming to British Cycling rules are permitted. BMX, fat bikes, tri-bars, and fold-up bikes are not allowed. Helmets meeting EN1078 are mandatory.
