Join the seventh running of the Whiterock Ultra on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at the Whiterock Conservancy in Coon Rapids, Iowa. The event features 50K and 50-mile trail races on scenic loops through the conservancy.

Aid stations provide water and electrolyte drinks. Porta-potties available along course.

Pacers

50K: 50K start wave (7:00 a.m.) will be paced by a pace band targeting approximately 9:30 per mile. 50 Mile: 50-mile start wave (12:01 a.m.) will be paced by a pace band targeting approximately 10:00 per mile. All pacers will run their respective races and provide encouragement and guidance to pacers.

When and where is the Whiterock Ultra?

The Whiterock Ultra will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at the Whiterock Conservancy in Coon Rapids, Iowa. The 50K starts at 7:00 a.m. and the 50-mile starts at 12:01 a.m. (midnight).

How long are the races?

Is there camping available?

Yes, camping is available at River Campground. Camp Whiterock runs the weekend before the race, and camping is also available onsite for race participants.

Are there age restrictions or cutoffs?

Aid stations are equipped to handle emergencies. The 50K has a 10-hour cutoff (5:00 p.m.) and the 50-mile has a 17-hour cutoff (5:00 p.m.).
