A scenic, flat, fast and traffic-free 10k road race near Derby and Nottingham, open to all abilities. Includes chip timing, technical t-shirt, pre- and post-race massage, and a strong prize structure.
Catering & aid stations
One water station around 5k with cups provided; bottle of water for all finishers. Bring additional hydration and nutrition. Cups discarded only at drinks station.
Pacers
The race uses a single start wave. All runners wear race numbers coloured by predicted finish time. Chip timing is used (gun time). Results, prizes, and course records are awarded on the ‘Gun Time’ shown on official results as recorded by the timing mat at the start line.

When and where is the race?
Sunday 6 September 2026 at 10:00 am at Draycott, Derbyshire (car park off Sawley Road, DE72 3QF).
What is included in the entry fee?
Chip timing and results service, technical event t-shirt for all finishers, pre- and post-race massage, and an extensive prize structure.
What are the rules on timing and awards?
The race is classed as competitive; prizes and course records are awarded according to Gun Time from the chip timing mat at the start line.
Are there age restrictions?
No one under the age of 15 years on race day is permitted to participate in the 10k.
What about donations and results?
Results are compiled by FR Systems and published online shortly after the race. Entry fees do not include donations to Treetops Hospice.
