FAQ
What is the race format and basic rule?
A single 6.706 km lap is repeated every hour on the hour. The last runner standing after all others drop out becomes the winner. DNF if you start late, walk, or take external help.
What are the age and gender rules?
Open to all genders and ages; no gender-specific category or age restriction is set by the organizer.
What is provided on course and at the finish?
Water and soup stations on course; warm vegetarian meals twice during race hours; showers and a club house with toilets at start/finish.
Can I drop out and is there support for that?
Yes, you can drop out anytime and must vacate the start/finish area. A DNF surprise gift is provided after your last completed lap.
What are the timing and prize details?
Chip timing via Gasser Timing. Prizes: winner gets a guaranteed start for Team Switzerland at the Backyard World Team Championships in October, top female/male lap finishers get a Startplatz Schnebelhorn Panorama Trail, all finishers receive socks and a DNF gift.
