About the Challenge The CBIZ Workplace Challenge is a 3.5-mile run-walk for charity and Long Island's largest office picnic, which has raised more than $1.4 million for charity since its inception. All Long Island businesses, governmental agencies and not-for-profit organizations are invited to participate!

The CBIZ Workplace Challenge is a 3.5-mile run-walk with set start waves for teams and general participants. Registered runners receive target times and pacing support on race day to help them achieve their goals in a paced, supportive environment.
