Run the Classic City. Start and Finish in Downtown Athens. With distances from the marathon to the half marathon to approximately 6 miles, we have options for everyone!

What is the minimum age requirement for participants?
The minimum age for marathon participants is 14 years old on race day. The minimum age for half marathon participants is 10 years old on race day.
Are there any age-group awards?
Age-group awards are not announced live and will be available after overall winners have been finalized. Check your time and find the awards table before you leave, if awards matter to you.
What happens if I opt out of receiving a medal?
If you opted out of receiving a medal, a donation will be made to the Firefly Trail project in honor of your sustainable no-waste choice.
