CAN I TRANSFER MY BIB TO SOMEONE ELSE OR DEFER TO NEXT YEAR?

EWM does not offer bib transfers or defers, no exceptions. Due to this policy, please be wary of online scams of runners trying to sell EWM bibs. If you are not able to run in 2027, please see the Refund Policy to see if your circumstance applies for a refund.

WHAT IS THE COURSE TIME LIMIT? IS IT WALKER-FRIENDLY?

EWM is designed to accommodate all levels of runners, so we’re excited to offer a course time limit of 8 hours. This is a run/walk pace of at least 18 minutes and 18 seconds per mile. EWM will have designated course cutoff locations which will be communicated closer to the race, so participants can see what time they will need to be at specific locations throughout the course. We’ll also have pace team members to help support participants walking at this pace. Our team will accommodate you as best we can to make sure you’re able to complete the marathon. You will still receive a medal even if there are sections of the course you do not complete due to the course cut-off locations and the timeline.
