The event features a 5K run/walk followed by a lively block party with music, activities, food, and family-friendly entertainment. All proceeds support PAL of Delaware’s youth programs and camps.

The 5K starts at 9:00 AM sharp on Saturday, May 30th.
Where can I pick up my race bib?
Bib pick-up is at Glasgow Park, 2275 Pulaski Highway, Newark, DE, on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
Is there parking at the event?
Yes, there is plenty of parking at Glasgow Park. We recommend parking in the lot closest to the tennis and basketball courts.
What amenities are included for runners?
Runners will receive post-race snacks and drinks, and a race T-shirt.
Are there age group awards?
Yes, awards are given for Overall Male/Female and Masters (age-based categories), with top 3 placements in each group.
