The 2026 TEF Tenafly 5K Run and Dog Walk on June 7, 2026. Join us as we celebrate the 28th TEF Tenafly 5K Run & Dog Walk on Sunday, June 7, 2026. This USATF-sanctioned 5K Run has become one of the largest road races in North Jersey, drawing more than 1,500 runners of all ages and abilities.
Catering & aid stations
All registered participants receive a t-shirt, a goodie-filled tote bag and all finishers receive a medal.
Pacers
Pacers will be available for different pace times during the 5K Run. Specific target times will be announced closer to race day.
