Pacer

The athletic federation advises against wearing headphones during the race to hear surroundings and volunteers for safety. Yes — the event welcomes both runners and walkers. The course is indoors through Calgary’s largest mall with stairs; strollers are not permitted. Follow starter wave colors by target time and respect cut-offs for safety and logistics.

Are headphones allowed?

The athletic federation does not recommend wearing headphones during the race. To hear volunteers and other runners for your safety, run music-free.

What are the timing and cutoff rules?
