Über die Veranstaltung

A team running event in Unna covering 5.5 km through the city centre, with a festive after-run party. It’s a non-competitive, community-focused race open to runners and walkers.

Verpflegung & Versorgung

Water stations are available along the course (notably in Wellingloh). At the finish there is catering including hot food, drinks, and a beer garden on the Rathausplatz.

Pacer

Pacemakers will be present for the AOK-Firmenlauf Unna. Refer to the Renntag overview for target times per start wave (Startwellen) and look for Pacerflaggen on course. All participants are welcome; the event is non-competitive and paced to support an enjoyable team experience.
