What are the start times?
Bambini 11:00, Handicap-Lauf 11:45, Jugendlauf 12:15, 5 km 13:05, 10 km 14:10. All times on race day at the EEZ Aurich.
Are there age groups and awards?
Yes; the main runs are evaluated by age groups per DLV, with certificates for the top 3 places immediately after each race and remaining awards available online afterward.
