The Beginning Women Runners Program is designed to introduce and encourage women to start running in a supportive and inclusive environment. Participants will receive structured training to help them build endurance and confidence in their running abilities.
Participants will have access to on-course aid stations providing water and energy snacks.
The program includes pace coaches who will assist runners in achieving their target finish times, ensuring every participant has support tailored to their abilities.
