BESSEGGLØPET is a popular running event held by Lake Gjende in June, featuring a competition class with timed results and a non-timed Mosjonsklasse for all ages. The event includes multiple distances, awards, and onboard options for participants.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
Drinks available at Glitterheim refuel station and on the band before reaching the summit. Refreshing drinks from Fuel of Norway are provided at the finish line.
Pacer
Pacemaker/Pacer information combines registration notes and race-day guidance: participants in the competition class must board the boat by 11:00 and the race starts at 12:00 from the main harbor. Mosjonsklasse starts at 09:00 from the harbor with a reserved boat (max 80) and an extra departure at 08:30. All competition class runners must use both start number and chip; timing is handled by eqtiming.no with results published live.
