Über die Veranstaltung

A private 100-mile running event from Bremen to Hamburg Sankt Pauli, held overnight from midnight, featuring three distance options with aid stations, navigation via GPX, and awards for finishers and winners.

Verpflegung & Versorgung

Aid stations provide approximately every 15–20 km with water, soft drinks (e.g., Coca-Cola, Paulaner), light snacks (e.g., bananas, chips), and warm food at Tostedt for 100-mile participants (e.g., vegan potato soup). The finish at Millerntor-Stadion offers pasta with tomato sauce for all finishers.

Pacer

Pacers are allowed from specified aid stations to support runners: for SanktPauli100 from KM 50 (Tostedt/Todtglüsingen) and for BremenSanktPauli from KM 80 (near Scheeßel). One pacer per runner is permitted; the pacer must run alongside the participant and may be swapped at aid stations. Pacers are not allowed to provide bike support or use poles.
