A backyard ultra in Sweden — a timed distance running event held on a repeated loop course with changing terrain and on-course support.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
On-course water and aid stations; participants are responsible for their own nutrition.
Pacer
Pacemakers are identified on the event schedule (Renntag för Laufande). They provide target per-kilometer times to help runners maintain their desired pace; follow the designated pacers on course and respect pacers’ instructions and flags.
