No — the race is not chip timed; timing is done manually on the day.
What is the course like?
The route starts at the Memorial Hall along grass bridleways and farm tracks; terrain is easy going with ~22m of ascent. Headphones are permitted; no dogs allowed.
What are the age rules?
Runners under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult.
What about prizes?
Prize money is awarded for 1st–3rd place by gender; prize giving takes place at 12:30pm.
What should I wear?
Appropriate footwear is necessary; trail shoes recommended if conditions are dry.
