Startovní číslo je vytištěno a načipováno na jméno registrovaného běžce. Pokud byste své číslo poskytli jiné osobě, pak je to prohřešek proti pravidlům a dojde k diskvalifikaci tohoto závodníka.Chci věnovat startovné jako dárek, ale nechci, aby o tom věděl obdarovaný.Pro tento účel nabízíme možnost zakoupení startovného formou Dárkového poukazu. Postup je následující. 1) Na webu https://www.run-tour.cz/reg/cs/prihlasit vyberete možnost „Kup poukaz“. 2) Zvolíte město, distanci a přidáte objednávku do nákupního košíku. 3) Vyberete formu úhrady (platba kartou či převodem) a dokončíte platbu. POZOR, spárování platby s objednávkou může v některých případech trvat déle (1-2 dny). Teprve poté Vám do mailu přijde elektronický odkaz na stažení „poukazu“. Prosím, nezapomeňte upozornit obdarovaného, že pro řádné dokončení procesu registrace musí „poukaz“ ještě uplatnit na své jméno. Uplatnění poukazu provede obdarovaný ve svém RunTour účtu, pakliže ho má. Pokud nemá, tak opět z webu https://www.run-tour.cz/reg/cs/prihlasit. V obou případech jde skrze nabídku „Uplatni poukaz“, kam vkládá kód. Ten buď páruje s konkrétním RTID číslem (pokud je vlastníkem Runtour účtu) anebo doplňuji své údaje pro dokončení procesu.Dostala jsem dárkový poukaz a nevyhovuje mi město, na které je zaregistrován. Je možné to změnit?Změnit jej lze. Dokončete uplatnění poukazu dle původních parametrů, které byly zadány kupujícím (město a distance), a poté se nám ozvěte na info@run-tour.eu, kde se domluvíme na dalším postupu.Jak a kdy se dostanu ke svým závodním fotkám a diplomu?Vaše závodní fotografie a diplom vám budou zaslány do mailu ještě v den závodu. Diplom je pak ke stažení také na našem webu v sekci s výsledky .Proč se pořadí netvoří podle čistého času?Pořadí se podle čistého času netvoří proto, že oficiální čas se na závodech počítá podle pravidel atletiky tedy od výstřelu. Čistý čas má pouze informační charakter.

To bohužel nelze. Startovní číslo je vytištěno a načipováno na jméno registrovaného běžce. Pokud byste své číslo poskytli jiné osobě, pak je to prohřešek proti pravidlům a dojde k diskvalifikaci tohoto závodníka.

The start package can be picked up the day before the race at the Saturday race technical area from 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm (location is specified on the race/city page on the website www.run-tour.cz). And then on the day of the race in the registration tent from 8.30 am until the start of the race itself (depending on distance).

Question 34

In case I cannot participate in the race for health or other reasons at the last minute, can someone else run with my start number?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, that's not possible. The start number is printed and chipped in the name of the registered runner. If you give your number to another person, this is a violation of the rules and will result in disqualification of that participant.

Question 35

I want to give the start fee as a gift, but I don't want the recipient to know about it.

Accepted Answer

For this purpose, we offer the possibility of purchasing the entry fee in the form of a Gift Voucher. The procedure is as follows. 1) On the website https://www.run-tour.cz/reg/cs/prihlasit you select the option "Buy a gift voucher=". 2) Select the city, distance and add the order to the shopping cart. 3) You choose the form of payment (card or bank transfer) and complete the payment. ATTENTION, it may take longer (1-2 days) to pair the payment with the order in some cases. Only then will you receive an electronic link in your email to download the "voucher=". Please be sure to notify the gift recipient that they must still redeem the "voucher=" in their name to properly complete the registration process. The gift recipient will redeem the voucher in their RunTour account, if they have one. If he/she does not, again from the https://www.run-tour.cz/reg/cs/prihlasit website. In both cases, he goes through the "Redeem gift voucher=" menu, where he enters the code. He either pairs this with a specific RTID number (if he is a Runtour account holder) or adds his details to complete the process.

Question 36

I received a gift voucher and it doesn't suit the city it is registered to. Is it possible to change it?

It can be changed. Register your voucher using your original details and then contact us to arrange the change.

Question 37

How and when can I get my race photos and diploma?

Accepted Answer

Your race photos and diploma will be sent to you in the mail on the day of the race. The diploma is also available for download on our website in the results section.

Question 38

Why isn't the ranking based on the net time?

Accepted Answer

The ranking is not based on the net time because the official time is calculated according to the rules of athletics, i.e. from the start shot. The net time is for information only.

Question 39

Can I also participate in the individual 10 km race as part of the ČEZ relay race?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, that's not possible. It is not possible to combine these participations. Either you participate in the ČEZ relay race or in an individual race. If you run the 10 km race with a relay start number, then only the relay participation will be entered in the results. You would look in vain in the results of an individual race.
