Über die Veranstaltung
The most beautiful trail in the Flemish Ardennes. Starting from the picturesque village of Everbeek-Beneden, you will embark on an adventure between fields, forests and babbling brooks with our mascot SCRIT.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
Aid stations on course: -5km (~2km) -8km (~4km) -10km (~7km) -15 & 21km (~11km). Next available: banana, orange, peppermint cake, sweets, water and sports drink. Also dogs will not be forgotten! Hot spaghetti bolognese (and veggie variant) available from 11:00–15:00 — pre-order required (14 EUR adults, 7 EUR children).
Pacer
Pacers will be present on course at key points; refer to the event schedule on race day for pacer locations and target times per start wave. Pacers are identified by flags and are there to help participants maintain their desired pace.

Yes — aid stations are located at approximately 2 km, 4 km, 7 km, and 11 km (for 15/21 km). Bananas, oranges, peppermint cake, sweets, water, and sports drinks are provided. Hot spaghetti bolognese (with veggie option) is available from 11:00–15:00 with pre-order.
Can I register on-site?
Registration and payment must be completed in advance online. On-site registration may not be available.
What is the participant limit?
Maximum 2,500 runners.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are allowed and will not be forgotten — aid stations cater to runners with pets.
Is timing provided?
No official timing for the full parcours — it is a recreational event.
