Über die Veranstaltung
A community run in Middelkerke with a recreational 6 km, an experienced 10 km route through dunes and beach, and a free 1 km youth loop. The event supports a local running circuit and includes awards and on-course refreshments.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
After the run, every participant receives drinks and snacks at the finish near the Calidris bar on Strandlaan.
Pacer
Pacers will be present for the 6 km and 10 km races with target times displayed by start wave on the race day (Renntag) to help runners stay on pace; pacer flags will be shown during the event.
