Über die Veranstaltung

A community fun run/walk in memory of loved ones, supporting compassionate end-of-life care at the Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence. Choose 1 km or 5 km, with registrations benefiting the residence directly.

Verpflegung & Versorgung

Hydration belts and vests permitted; water station on Maywood across from the Aquatic Centre; all participants can get water at the finish line.

Pacer

Pacers will run with Walk/Run participants; refer to the schedule: 9:00 am warm-up, 9:15 am 5 km start, 9:30 am 1 km start. Pacers help participants maintain target paces and are identified by flags at the start.
