A Hyrox-style hybrid fitness race featuring running and 6 workout stations (kettlebell walks, lunges, ball cleans, push presses, etc.) designed to be accessible and fun for all fitness levels.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
Food and drinks available for purchase; an ice cream van will be onsite. Bar serving hot and cold drinks.
Pacer
Pacemakers will be present across multiple start waves (Pacerflaggen) shown on the Renntag schedule. Each wave targets a target time per discipline; follow your assigned start wave and respect pacers wearing flags for guidance and encouragement.

Is there parking?
Yes, there is plenty of free parking at Horsham Rugby Club.
Will there be food and drink available?
Yes, food will be available to purchase and the bar will be open selling hot and cold drinks. Ice cream van onsite too.
What do I need to wear?
Training gear appropriate for being outdoors on the grass. The field may be slightly wet and muddy so please be prepared.
Will the event be chipped?
Yes, on registration, you’ll be given a chip to attach to your shoe. The chip will then be taken from you at the finish line.
Are spectators allowed?
Absolutely! Please bring friends and family along to cheer you along.
What can I do with my bag?
Please leave your valuables with your supporters.
What is the running surface like?
Trail run on the rugby field
What if I can’t race?
We don’t allow refunds (unless at our discretion) but you can transfer the names on the ticket until 7 days before the event
