Über die Veranstaltung
The DalesRunner 30km is a scenic off-road race through the Yorkshire Dales, with a mix of single-track, stiles and gentle gradients designed to be fast and runnable while showcasing the landscape.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
Aid stations stock water, Active Root, sweet and savoury food, and electrolyte drinks (no cups provided). Post-race refreshments at Usha Gap include hot drink, vegetable soup and a roll.
Pacer
Pacemakers will be present on the day with target times displayed per start wave on the Renntag programme; flags will identify pacers on course.
