A flat, fast 5K loop through Dublin’s Docklands held in the evening, organized by Crusaders Athletic Club with sponsorship from local businesses; all proceeds support club facilities and community sport.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
On-course water and refreshments available at aid stations along the route and at the finish; drinks and light snacks provided at Capital Dock beyond the finish line.
Pacer
Start waves are paced by target finish times: 20 mins (~6:00/km), 25 mins (~6:15/km), and 30 mins (~7:30/km). Pacers display flags to help runners maintain position; please line up according to your expected finishing time and avoid starting ahead of your wave to prevent impeding faster runners.

FAQ
What is the route like?
A flat 5K loop starting near the South Docks by HubSpot House, heading toward the City Centre, crossing the Matt Talbot Bridge to North Quay, looping past the 3 Arena, and returning along the same corridor to finish about 750m beyond the start at Sir John Rogerson’s Quay.
What are the entry fees?
€25 per individual; teams of 3 cost €75. There is a small admin fee for bank charges and processing. On‑site walk‑ins are €30 (€32 for non‑Athletics Ireland members) while entry lasts.
When is bag drop and start?
Bag drop opens at Unit 9 Benson Street next to Capital Dock Square. The race starts at 20:00 with assembly on City Quay between HubSpot House and the southern end of the Samuel Beckett Bridge.
Are there prizes?
Yes: cash prizes for the first six male and female finishers, course‑record bonuses, and RunZone vouchers for age‑category and team placings.
