Über die Veranstaltung

The E.ON Firmenlauf Essen is a company running event in Essen that brings together teams from local companies for a mass run through the city. The 5 km course starts at the Philharmonie and finishes at the Tummelwiese in the Grugapark and includes a festive after-run party.

Verpflegung & Versorgung

Runners receive refreshments at the finish (drinks) and a food stand is available along the course. Water stations are set up along the route and drinks are provided to all finishers.

Pacer

Pacemakers will be present for the run with target times published per start wave on the event schedule (Startzeiten). The event features a 5 km mass run with several start waves; refer to the programme for pacer assignments and target times.
