An ultra trail run festival over three days in Port Macquarie, NSW, featuring 217km, 160km, 100km, 75km, 50km, 25km, 13km, 5km and a 2.5km kids race across forest, creek and coastal terrain with creek crossings, mud and tree roots.

Verpflegung & Versorgung

On-course verpflegung: Creek crossings, mud and tree roots. Aid stations approx. every 8-9 km offering water, electrolytes (Fizz), fruit, lollies and other items. No cups on course; use soft flasks or collapsible cups. Multiple water/treatment stations and first aid coverage.

Pacer

Pacemaker events exist for 50km (2 laps) and 25km (1 lap) with designated pacers and Pacerflaggen at aid stations—details via event registration and race-day briefing.

What is the event schedule and registration timeline?

Early Bird: 1 Aug–31 Dec; Standard: 1 Jan–31 May; Late: 1 June–15 July; Check-in: 16–19 July. Key cut-offs: name on bib 1 July; transfer 21 June; upgrades 21 June; late entry fees apply from 1 June.

What are the mandatory gear requirements?

Mandatory: mobile phone, whistle, 2L water capacity, SNAKE compression bandage (7.5cm×2.3m), emergency space blanket, collapsible cup/soft flask, headlamp (75km staged), thermal layers and waterproof jacket (weather dependent). Gear must be carried at all times.

How do I get to the parking area?

Use Pembroke Village Road, Pembroke—do not use Reid’s Road. Turn into the forested road past orange trees; park off-road left or right behind other cars to allow truck access.
