A 2 km family-friendly race held in Salou’s Plaza de las Comunidades Autónomas, with a symbolic €2 registration fee supporting the Rosa Maria Vivar Foundation for Alzheimer’s care.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
226ERS and Red Bull are partners providing aid stations on the bike and run course. On-course supplies include Coca-Cola, Powerade, water, fruit, and nuts; precise offerings are confirmed via the pre-race newsletter. There is also a Pasta Party available as an additional purchase.
Pacer
Pace groups are published on the "Renntag für Laufende" page before race day, with target times per start wave and pacer flag guidance on the course. Pacers must be overtaken within 25 seconds or the passing athlete must yield; blue cards (2-minute penalty) and yellow cards (30-second penalty) enforce drafting rules on the bike leg.

What does the inscription include?

What are the cut-off times?
Cut-off times are published on the event website under the event information section; athletes who are cut will be transported by vehicle to the finish.
Can I register on the day of the event?
Day registration is available for Middle and Short Distance (€20) and for the Aquathlon (€2). Prices are detailed in the entry fees section.
Are there age categories and prize money?
Yes. The Aquathlon hosts the Catalonia National Club Championship. Middle Distance hosts the Catalonia National Absolute Triathlon Championship with cash prizes (€5,000 to 1st, €2,900 to 2nd, etc.). Age-category trophies are awarded in the Middle Distance.
What bike types are allowed?
Only time trial and road bikes are permitted; mountain and hybrid bikes are not allowed. Disc brakes are permitted.
Is drafting allowed?
Drafting is prohibited on the bike course. Penalties include blue (2-minute) and yellow (30-second) cards; three blue cards lead to disqualification.
