A family-friendly 3K or 5K walk or run in support of Island Prostate Centre’s programs and services for local patients and their families, held in partnership with Camosun College and surrounding trails.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
Pancake breakfast begins at 10:15 AM (included with registration). Participants who raise $150 or more receive bacon with breakfast.

3K and 5K walk/run. Early Bird (Feb 15–Apr 20): $30; Regular (Apr 21–Jun 21): $40. Children 12 and under are free.
Is there registration on-site?
Yes, onsite registration opens at 8:00 AM.
What is included with registration?
Pancake breakfast at 10:15 AM and access to the 3K or 5K walk/run.
Are strollers and pets allowed?
Yes, the event is stroller- and pet-friendly.
