Västsveriges största terränglopp sedan 1968, held in Gothenburg with 19 km, 10 km, 5.3 km, 2.3 km and 1.9 km distances. Organized by Jontefonden with Parvelbanan for younger kids.

Water and sport drinks at all stations; warm soup at Svarttjärn and Ugglemossen; bananas and energy gels at select stations.
Pacer
Pacemakers are announced for the 10 km and 19 km races on the start day (Renntag), with target times per start wave and pace-flag guidance provided on-site to help runners maintain desired speeds.

When is the race and where is the start?
Race day is 31 October 2026. Start is at Grusplanerna, about 200 m from the goal area in northern direction.
How do I register?
Register via the on-site form or the RaceID app; payment by card or Swish. No formal re-registration on site.
Where can I pick up my number?
Numbers are issued after registration on RaceID; find pick-up at the designated area on race day.
Is there insurance included?
Yes, a basic accident insurance is included with registration; additional coverage can be added via Startklar.
Are there aid stations and catering?
