Join us for the best Fourth of July race tradition in the Northwest! The Foot Traffic Flat is a fun-filled running event set in a beautiful farm setting at Sauvie Island.

Verpflegung & Versorgung

There will be 14 water stations equipped with refreshments including Hammer Energy Gels, water, and electrolyte drinks.

Pacer

Target times will be displayed at the start. Pacing groups will be organized to help runners achieve their finish time goals.
