A multi-distance trail running festival on the NSW Central Coast offering 10K, 30K, and 50K races through Brisbane Water National Park, combining bush trails, creek crossings, and panoramic lookouts with support for runners and the local community.
Verpflegung & Versorgung
Aid stations with potable water, electrolyte drinks, and gels; Strecken- und Zielversorgung provided — water, fruit, and food at key points; no on-course cooking. Carry at least 1L (1.5L in heat) and use stations 3 & 5 on 50K; electrolytes and nutrition available.
Pacer
Pacers will be provided for key races on the 2026 Renntag for select target times per start wave; look for Pacer flaggen at the start. Pacers help runners maintain goal pace and provide steady rhythm support on shared course sections. Follow pacer signals and yield as directed; pacing support aligns with official start waves.
